AUSTRIA for CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR 2008

What exciting adventures I had.

I lived with a funny family with three little boys in Austra's capital Vienna. A very beautiful place with loads to see and do.

Christmas had a very special atmosphere and to have the little kids around was exciting.

We had a huge Christmas Tree with many decorations and chocolates and because I helped organize everything, I was allowed to choose first chocolate.

After Christmas we left Vienna to go on a winter holiday. First we stayed in Upper Austria

which was nice because there was some snow and I got to play in it.

Strange stuff this snow, none where I live, but I like it alot. I joined the family skiiing in it.

We next went to Zell am See in the alps and I got to see real mountains. I went skiing again and in a cable car up a very high mountain.

We also went o Salzburg and saw Mozarts house. I heard the bells in the tower at glockenspiel and visited Mirabell castle.

There are other Toy Voyagers with me so I am having such a good time.

They are Decker, Eddie Bear, Jade, Frankie, Smooch and Cassiopeia who has stayed at our house in Australia.

Castles, I love castles and visited two that once belonger to the Hapsburg family, Hofburg and Schonbrunn. What pretty fountains I saw.

Fun in Marshall.

Kanga in Marshall, Missouri

Well I must say my Mum is hopeless at these blog things.
Yesterday she tried towrite my Marshall diary in and it went somewhere else, but she did get a photo of me with her friend Ginny.
She messed up with MarthicaAna's pics last time too so lucky you are all goingg to get a little booklet when I get home!
Now she has to begin again, so here goes.....

I have been very happy here in Marshall and I got here in time for Halloween which we don't have at home. How exciting! My friends here had a party for me and Goose who sits on the front porch was happy to pose for a photo with me.
Over the years I have got to know Goose through photo's and he loves to dress up.
I didn't know Halloween could be so much fun.

The leaves on the trees were very beautiful because it was Fall (Autumn) while I was here
and one day I just had to play in them.
We don't have a real Autumn where I live in Queensland. One day it is Winter and the next Summer. It is like the other two seasons miss us, so it was a very special time.

i love to play with cats as you all know, so one time I played with Cocoa in the leaves, but she wouldn't sit stilll long enough for a photo.
We went to visit a little park for "Jim the Wonder Dog" too, on a nice Autumn day. he was a very smart dog who lived in Marshall from 1925-1937 and he lived in a hotel on the spot where his park is now. You can walk around a sidewalk in the park and read about the fantastic things Jim did.

On November 17th we went to see a play at the High School called "Grease". we have the movie at our house but I hadn't heard the music before and I enjoyed the singing and acting a lot. The kids had on cool costumes too.

Finally, Ginny stopped trying to get a picture of me with Cocoa and Cypress, and she had Larry hold them and me while she took a photo.
Cypress did kiss me, but Cocoa wasn't too interested.

Marshall is a small town just like home but it is fun here and I will be sorry to leave, especially as I have to travel all the way to Austria in a little box.

I have had a wonderful time in USA. I have been to Montana, Florida, Indiana and Missouri. I am a very lucky and happy Kangaroo.I

Italy to USA

After visiting Davide in Italia, Kanga went to USA and stayed with Mike in Great Falls Montana.

Mike took him to Giant Springs and to Black Eagle dam and he met Mike's dog.

Kanga went to a baseball game, his very first. He had a great time with Mike and was sorry Mike's camera decided to play up while he was there.

Next stop for Kanga was Sarasota, Florida where he stayed with MarthicaAna.

Her music students loved him.

Zeituni in Bloomington , Indiana was next to have him and he is still there now.

He is then going to visit someone who is not a postcrosser.

She is my penfriend of 26 years, Ginny who lives in Marshall Missouri.
